Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Orders are packed and shipped from Brampton, Ontario within 2-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number by email.
Free standard shipping on orders over $35 (before taxes). Standard shipping is $8.99 on orders under $35.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
Because our products are personal care items, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email orders@gofranklynaturals.com before sending anything back.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will send a replacement or store credit at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
